Arrival time is from 13:00 and on the day of departure the room must be vacated before 12:00.
No animals allowed.
The remaining amount will be paid on the day of arrival directly at reception, in cash or by credit card.
Once the advance payment has been made, if the booking is cancelled, the amount sent will not be refunded, but will be kept as a deposit for a future booking in the same season.
If a reservation is made without a deposit, cancellations made less than 72 hours before the arrival date will incur a charge for the first night, which will be retained as a guarantee.
From November 1, 2012, a tourist tax of €0.50 per person per night applies. This tax is not included in the prices shown. Guests under 17 years of age are exempt. The tax applies to a maximum of 7 nights.
Sara Grup reserves the right to modify or cancel the booking, with prior notice, in the event of fraud or error. In this case, Sara Grup will inform you of the error within 48 hours and offer you the option of accepting the corrections or canceling the booking.
