Prades Mountains

The Prades Mountains are a mountainous group formed by several mountain ranges that, in turn, are part of the Serralada Prelitoral Catalana (Catalan Pre-Coastal Mountain Range) and are distributed by several Tarragona regions, occupying an area of more than 300km2.

Formed predominantly by calcareous and dolomites, with a large presence of slates and conglomerates, the Prades Mountains have peaks above 1,100 meters, such as:

La Mola dels Quatre Termes (1120 m)
The Tossal Ras (1087 m)

In this mountainous complex several rivers are also born, such as: the Francolí, the Brugent, the Glorieta, the Siurana and the Prades, in addition to offering its visitor all kinds of recreational, sports, cultural and gastronomic activities.
